The documentary is made much better by having people who know the personalities of both. The testimony of Marie-Soleil’s mother, The beginning of Michelin, is shocking. “Michelin has talked a lot about her daughter’s death over the years, and I know she wants to turn the page now. I told her that I’m going to work as hard as I can so that this document stays intact, so that she can turn this page!,” says the director.

Sebastien Tougaswho shared the screen with her elder sister Banana peel, who also took part in the documentary, says he is very happy with the result. “I didn’t know Jean-Claude Lawson. I never even met him. I only heard about the character. Thanks to this documentary, I was able to find out a little about the man who shared my sister’s life. I loved the portrait of her and Jean-Claude. It’s a vibrant tribute!” Marie-Soleil, 25 years later I still think of her every day!

On the day of the tragedy, the couple was with their friends Gaston LePage And Patrice L’Ecuyer who watched helplessly as their plane crashed. Personal photographs taken by Gaston are also included in the visual archives. “I waited before watching the documentary because I knew it would upset me,” says LePage. I was touched by the joy of living in these two creatures and the love shared by witnessing their lives. For me, this is a great value! Jean-Claude is a great friend, little known to the public, and I loved the portrait of him!

Many dignitaries testified including Genevieve Bourne, Louise DesChatelets, Patricia Paquin, Natalie Petrovsky, Guy Fournier, Christian Fournier, Alain Choquet, Guy Mongrain And Andre Robitaille.
