Montreal police have launched an investigation following a video released online showing a conspirator verbally assaulting masked children in the metro.
Alexandre Barrier, who has been campaigning against health measures since the outbreak began, went wild in a video posted on Facebook last week. In it, we see the conspirator filming himself without a mask on the orange line of the Montreal Metro.
