Dragon Ball Super ended very abruptly and many fans are eagerly waiting for our favorite heroes to return to their serial adventures. Before that happens, Akira Toriyama is preparing a thriller for us, called Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. We finally got to know its release date!
The latest movie under the Dragon Ball Super brand is causing a lot of controversy among its most die-hard fans, because making a full 3D anime movie is a very risky move that has never been successful.
However, on April 22, 2022, Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero will debut on Japanese cinema screens, where we will see Goku once again in action, as Gohan, Piccolo and Pan train his skills! This time, our heroes’ opponents are Gamma 1 and Gamma 2, characters associated with some miracle with the Red Ribbon Army (they wear its symbol on their uniforms). As evidenced by the destruction of the organization itself, Dr. Jiro and the evil Android, the army continues to hunt Goku and his loved ones.
So how will the world’s strongest fighters perform? And what role will the Lord play in this? We’ll find out in a few months!
