Peskov told Reuters that Russia had told Ukraine it was ready to stop military operations “at a moment” if Kyiv fulfilled its conditions.

This was by far the most clear statement by Russia about the conditions it wants to impose on Ukraine to stop what it calls a “special military operation” in Ukraine, which actually began 12 days ago.
