Showed penis to granddaughter

The husband of a grandmother of three girls has been sentenced to four years in prison for stripping down his underwear and exposing his penis on several occasions in recent years.

The last 17-year-old wife of a maternal grandmother of three girls aged four to 10, the accused was considered the children’s real grandfather.

They were constantly placed with her grandparents who were very close to them.

The 61-year-old man behaved very strangely and illegally in the absence of his wife, unable to identify the victim youth.

The accused constantly lowered his pants and underwear and “moved a little” and took off his penis.

This scenario is repeated over and over again in 2018 and 2019, again and again and again and again and again and again and again. According to the three victims, it took them several months to speak verbally about the situation, especially due to their age, as it was said to have happened repeatedly.

The eldest of three women, now 13 years old, however, described describing her grandfather sexually abusing her when she asked the accused for help after going to the bathroom on one occasion.

During his interrogation, a resident of Portneuf admitted that he had lowered his underwear, but only so that women could not masturbate in front of others “for educational purposes”.

Grandpa’s version was rejected and he was punished by the exhibition and sexual harassment.

For her part, the maternal grandmother, who did nothing when the girls first reported the situation to her, continued to support her husband despite the allegations.

So the victims experienced a major faith problem when they saw their relationship with their grandmother break down.

Judge Mary-Claude Gilbert argued that the accused had “betrayed the trust” of his family, pointing out that repeating his actions only increased the damage.

For this reason, the 61-year-old was sentenced to four years in prison.
