Covid-19 is playing tricks on the “Symporian” team

COVID-19 is spreading everywhere these days, and it continues to affect the team of the drama “Symphorion,” after initially postponing performances last week, to extend their downtime due to the coronavirus.

We initially had to postpone the shows from July 13 to 17. Now, we must do the same for the performances scheduled at the Théâtre du Vieux-Terrebonne from July 20 to 24.

Productions’ Martin Leclerc said in a press release Wednesday that the cast will have to re-wear their characters’ costumes starting Tuesday, July 26 at 8 p.m.

Ticket holders for postponed performances are requested not to contact the theater directly. The ticket team will contact all buyers via email or phone over the next few days to reschedule them for the new dates, subject to availability.

“Cymborion” stars François Senier (Cymborion), Martin Héroux (Efrem), Michel Labonte (Madame Sylvain), Nathalie Mallet (Mademoiselle L’Esperance), Patrice Coquero (Oscar Bellemarie) and Stéphane Cote (Doctor Jette, Curé, Donat Labonte and Beaulac).

It was directed by Louis Saia and Pierre Seguin. Texts Pierre Huet and Louis Saia. Presented at the Théâtre du Vieux-Terrebonne until August 14, the play will then tour throughout Quebec. 35,000 tickets have been sold so far. All dates are here [symphorienlapiece.com].
