Meanwhile, the Americans note that the winter of 2022/2023 can surprise everyone very much. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Service (NOAA) reports that late fall will make temperatures higher than normal in the long run, while December and January will be warmer than usual.

However, in November we already exceeded the long-term average, and in December we were much, much higher than this average – said Thomas Wasilowski, presenter of tvnmeteo.pl, citing the “Super Express” website.

Wasilewski, citing forecasts of American specialists, noted that the forecast for January is similar to that of December.

So what about snow? Based on these expectations, you could have serious concerns about white madness. Even if it snows, it may not last long.

However, these expectations must be corrected. Sometimes it is difficult for forecasters to predict the weather from one day to the next. And now we are dealing with a long-term outlook. It has a large margin of error.
