Google has just released a bunch of photos taken with the company’s latest phone – Google Pixel 7 Pro. Focuses on showing the capabilities of the Super Res Zoom mode, which allows you to zoom in up to 30 times without losing details in the captured images.
The American company from Mountain View is warming up the atmosphere ahead of the official release of the new smartphones of the Pixel 7 line. Google has just released a gallery of photos taken in Super Res Zoom mode with the Google Pixel 7 Pro.
I think we live in a time when you can safely admit that you don’t need to buy compact cameras or even SLRs and mirrorless cameras to take good pictures. It’s long been known that modern headphones take decent pictures, but what Google showed me had my jaw dropped.
The phone is able to take a picture of Almost 30 times!
The 30x zoom feature of the Google Pixel 7 Pro makes an impressive impression
There will be nothing unusual about it, as many headphones can achieve much greater digital zoom. Even my old Huawei P30 Pro offered 50x zoom, and there’s nothing to mention on newer “galaxy” phones.
However, Google Pixel 7 Pro retains quite a bit of detail in the captured images. Anyway, if you don’t believe me, see some examples below.
The Super Res Zoom functionality isn’t the only aspect that Google’s upcoming flagships can be proud of. I recently wrote about the new modes that are coming to the Google Pixel 7 and Google Pixel 7 Pro. So it turns out that it promises to be a real treat for fans of mobile photography.
