Sony may come as a surprise to PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers. In one of the latest PlayStation Access posts about upcoming news, there was a mention of Ridge Racer 2. Interestingly, this isn’t the first time we’ve come across reports suggesting an item be added to the subscription catalog.
October, PS Plus Premium will expand with titles like Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, Everyday Shooter, Limbo, Ultra Street Fighter IV, Yakuza 3 Remastered, Yakuza 4 Remastered, and Yakuza 5 Remastered. This is an interesting combination, thanks to which you will be able to see the next installments of the Yakuza series and check out the wonderful productions of the Mercury Steam Entertainment studio. However, it seems very likely that users will see the following good news soon.
On PlayStation Access, the official British PlayStation channel, the material announcing the full PS Plus offer for the month of October has been made available. In the list, viewers noted an additional production – Ridge Racer 2. Racing debuted in 2006 on PlayStation Portable, but there’s more and more talk about joining the most expensive type of service. At one point, we could read a similar piece of information in the entry on the PlayStation Blog.
We should add that the editors quickly removed the video and replaced it with a new one, which lacks a mention of Ridge Racer 2, so we can’t be sure if the production will enhance the PlayStation Plus Premium library.
Will you check out Ridge Racer 2?
