Elon Musk will not be pleased. Twitter confuses Norway and Nigeria

All because of the designation that the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has received from the platform Elon Musk. Accounts of government organizations receive special tags so that users of the platform have no doubt as to where they are getting their information from.

However, in this case, users may have felt a little confused, because despite correctly designating the profile of the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a government organization, Twitter indicated that it was not a profile of Norway, but of Nigeria.

The State Department wrote a public letter to the Platform Help Center. “Just as we enjoy our excellent bilateral relations and our close alphabetical proximity with Nigeria, Then we will be very grateful if you allow us Norway– wrote the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a post on Twitter.
