Trading on Sundays 2023. We only have 7 trading days a year in Poland. Many weekend shopaholics are asking themselves: Will Sunday, March 12, 2023 be a trade day? Are we going shopping this Sunday at Lidl, Biedronka, Kaufland, Dino, Netto and Carrefour? Are malls and all stores, cinemas and bowling alleys open on March 12, 2023? Unfortunately, depending on the Sunday trade schedule, we’ll have to wait a little longer to shop on Sunday.
Well, we’ll have to wait a little longer to trade on Sunday. This Sunday, stores such as Lidl, Biedronka and Dino will be closed. So what will the trading calendar look like in 2023? Here are the trading days that are yet to come:

The Sunday trading ban was introduced in Poland in 2018. Initially, the trade ban covered retail chains on selected Sundays only. As of 2020, the situation is reversed. In 2023, there are only 7 trading days in the calendar. Then it can be active supermarkets, hypermarkets and discount stores. In the rest, only small local shops and convenience stores at gas stations.
