— In response to journalists’ questions, we confirm that the short track speed skating representative has been temporarily suspended until the case of violation of anti-doping rules is resolved. This relates to three errors in providing residence data and/or absences at the inspection window within 12 months. The suspension decision is the result of a ruling by the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, which did not agree with the previous decision of an independent member of the disciplinary committee. The World Anti-Doping Agency has filed an appeal with the Court of Arbitration for Sport, according to a statement by the Polish Anti-Doping Agency.
