Isn’t this the end of Michael Myers? The auction for the rights to “Halloween” is now underway
According to the website Bloody Disgusting, which specializes in horror films, the public auction for the rights to the movie “Halloween” is now taking place, and that the “Miramax” studio that is selling these films is open to both cinematic and television projects. Offers come from movie studios and streaming platforms. At this point, it’s unknown what the future of the series is, but one thing seems certain: Michael Myers will return.
The first film in the series, directed by John Carpenter, was released in 1978. Over the years, there have been a series of sequels, culminating in a three-part retelling by David Gordon Green.
