Frankenstein: Guillermo del Toro adapts the horror classic
We start filming in February. This is the film I’ve wanted to make for the past 50 years, ever since I first saw the original Frankenstein. -The manager says- Then I had an epiphany. This project requires a lot of development and a lot of tools that I wouldn’t have had 10 years ago. Now am I brave or crazy enough to do it. The main roles will be played by Oscar Isaac and Andrew Garfield, Christoph Waltz And Mia Gotha. We are working on it.
We already knew that Isaac, Garfield, and Goths would appear in the movie. However, the director never mentioned Christoph Waltz’s involvement. The Austrian actor already had the opportunity to collaborate with del Toro in the Oscar-winning animated film “Pinocchio.” In it, he voiced the evil Count Fawlty.
