On Monday afternoon, customers of PKO Bank Polski reported problems with the IKO app. “Today is a nightmare,” they wrote on social media. “There should be no more difficulties,” the bank wrote on social media shortly before 8 p.m.
“What’s going on with the app? Today it’s become a nightmare, and not just for me”, “How long will the app problems last?”, “When will the app start working?” – These were the comments of PKO BP customers that were published on the bank’s personal page on Facebook.

However, just before 5pm, the bank wrote in response to a comment: “We are already working on removing the cause of the issue.”
He added in another: “We note the reported (…) difficulties related to the IKO application. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this situation. We are already working to remove the cause of the problem.”
At 7:51 pm on X (formerly Twitter), PKO BP wrote in response to a question about the operation of the IKO app: “I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this situation. Difficulties should not happen anymore.”
According to customer reports on social media, the failure of the PKO BP has been more pronounced since 2 p.m. We also received information from Internet users that the application does not work on Kontakt 24.
Information available on the website Downdetector, which collects information about problems submitted by Internet users, showed that the malfunction at PKO BP began at noon on Monday, but the problems intensified after a few hours and then the number of reports of difficulties began to increase. .
