Cyberpunk 2077 is a continuously developed production by CD Projekt RED, and the game itself is currently receiving a free 2.1 update. Initially, the Polish creators did not reveal many details about the upcoming novelty, but that changed with today’s REDstreams broadcast (12/1/23) on Twitch. There’s a lot of content advertised, and much of the functionality offered relates to aspects related to the new Accessibility tab.
CD Projekt RED has revealed to players what they can expect from Cyberpunk 2077’s latest update, 2.1. However, the creators emphasized that the changes they announced during the REDstreams broadcast are not all that will be introduced.

Although the list of changes is not complete, many new things have been announced. One of the most interesting things is the introduction of the Night City Area Rapid Transport metro system. Thanks to it, we will be able to move around the city much faster (5 metro lines and 19 stations will be available). Players will also receive a radio port, which will allow them to listen to the radio while walking or while traveling on said subway (the volume will be lower during important moments in the game). The boss battles themselves will now become more demanding and will adapt to the tactics players choose. In addition, new vehicles will appear in the game (such as the Porsche 911 convertible), and motorcycle riding (riding on one wheel or doing somersaults while in motion) has been greatly improved.

The new Availability tab will contain existing functionality as well as completely new functionality. The latter includes color-blind modes, the ability to adjust subtitles (cinematic, radio, and above characters’ heads), background transparency, aim assist, configuring the intensity of controller vibration, a dot in the middle of the screen (to reduce motion sickness symptoms) and a haptic effects interface. There are more changes, so if we want to learn about each item, we can skip ahead To this address. CD Projekt RED will reveal more details closer to the release of Update 2.1, as well as Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition (the base version and the Phantom of Liberty expansion), before December 5, 2023.
