“Mr. Click Academy” during the so-called opening weekend was watched by 840,000 viewers. This is the best result in Polish cinemas since 2020 and another attendance record for the new film based on the novel by Jan Przyszow.
Maciej Kowalski's “Mr. Click Academy” broke attendance records even before it hit cinema screens across Poland – the film was seen by 438,000 people in pre-premiere screenings. Viewers. As distributor Next Film confirmed before the official premiere, “This is a record pre-premiere result in the history of the Polish box office.”
The production also triumphs after its opening weekend. The film, which began regular distribution on Friday, has already been seen by 840,000 people. Viewers. This is the best result after an opening weekend among all films since 2020, that is, since the pandemic. “I am very happy that Mr. Clix's Academy turned into an extraordinary adventure not only for me, but also for the viewers. And that together we can write this wonderful fairy tale,” says actress Antonina Litwiniak. She plays Ada Niezgódka, mentioned in the press release.

“Mr. Click Academy” – new film adaptation
The new film adaptation of Jan Przyszow's novel, directed by Maciej Kowalski, comes to the big screen forty years after the premiere of the film adaptation directed by Krzysztof Gradowski. Apart from the director, Krzysztof Goriczy and Agnieszka Kruk are responsible for the script. The Academy team included: Tomasz Kott, Sebastian Stankiewicz, Danuta Stenka, Piotr Wronczewski, Agnieszka Groczowska, Daniel Valasek, and Konrad Rybinski.
