“Biological hazard” on board. Feces were flowing out of the toilets

The crew of the plane, which was on a 17-hour flight, had to deal with the problem for more than 10 hours when sewage flooded four toilets on board and leaked into the cabin. Videos and photos shared by passengers show an unpleasant scene.

An American Airlines spokesman said The accident was caused by a “minor leak” from the Boeing 777's toilet. After landing at JFK Airport in New York, the mess was cleared and the plane returned to service. However, passengers who reported problems received compensation for inconvenience during the flight.

This is not the first time passengers have faced health problems on board. in September, A Delta Air Lines flight from Atlanta to Barcelona had to turn backwhen One passenger developed diarrhea on the plane. Passengers had to return to Atlanta and wait until the plane was cleaned and the crew replaced.

A similar incident occurred a month later on an American Airlines plane A passenger defecates in the aisle between the seats.

Such situations raise many questions about hygiene standards on board aircraft. There is no doubt that such a trip is a nightmare that none of us want to experience.
