When we talk about this, I mean the replacement of the country's management personnel, and not just in the military sector.” .

He explained: “I am thinking about this exchange, that is true. But you cannot say: We have replaced one person and now we can start again. This applies to the entire management group that controls the state apparatus.” He repeated: “I mean a serious matter that does not concern one person, but rather the leadership of the state.”
