“The Lady” starring Millie Bobby Brown will premiere on Netflix in less than a month – on March 8. Below is a video announcement:

A well-behaved young lady agrees to marry a handsome prince, but it turns out that the royal family is actually sacrificing her to pay off an old debt. The girl is thrown into a cave inhabited by a fire-breathing dragon, and must rely on her wits and will to survive.

In addition to Brown, the cast also includes: Angela Bassett (“Black Panther: Wakanda in My Heart”), Robin Wright (“Ozark”), Ray Winstone (“Black Widow”), Nick Robinson (“Jurassic World”) and Brock Carter (“The Oceanic”) and Shohreh Aghdashloo (“Renfield”).

Juan Carlos Fresnadillo (“28 Weeks Later”) was behind the camera. The screenplay was written by Dan Mazo (“Fast and Furious 10”).

How do we know Millie Bobby Brown?

Millie Bobby Brown is best known for her role as Eleven from the series Stranger Things (she is currently working on the fifth season, which is supposed to be the last). She also played the younger sister of Sherlock Holmes in two parts of another hit movie on Netflix – “Enola Holmes.” Her filmography also includes the show “Godzilla II: King of the Monsters” and guest appearances in popular series such as “NCIS” or “Grey’s Anatomy.” Her upcoming debuts include among others the action film “Electric State” directed by the Russo brothers.
