The Supervisory Board of PZU decided that Artur Olech will be the new president of the company. The requirement is to obtain approval from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Until approval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority is obtained, Olić will serve as acting chairman.

On Wednesday, in addition to Artur Ulić, Bartosz Grzeszkowiak, Elzbieta Hauser-Schunjic and Jan Zimović were also appointed to the PZU Board of Directors.

“All appointments will be made with effect from April 12, 2024 for a joint term of office covering three full financial years 2023-2025,” the PZU said.
