Rafael Szczerbinski died.  “He died in the hospital”

Rafał Szczerbiński appeared in combat sports a few years ago. He did not have a great career because he usually lost, but he gained the sympathy of many fans. He was praised by fans, among others: for his amazing fighting style and for never counting when he stepped on the mat.

Last December, he fought his last MMA fight. At the Strefa Walki 3 concert in Bonnik, he lost to Levan Kirtadze. It is clear that there will be no battle coming. MMA Club Białystok presented tragic news.

Rafael Szczerbinski died. He died at the age of 28. Nothing is known about the circumstances of death at this time. Białystok FC posted a short message on Facebook.

The 28-year-old was known by the nickname “Wasil”. He had his first professional fight in 2021 at Silesian MMA Concert 4 losing to Marcin Maleszewski. Then he appeared in various organizations, but did not make a big splash. His professional record stood at two wins and five losses.

Szczerbiński also had an episode in the famous Wotore organization, where he performed at the Fifth Concert. There he fought a bare-knuckle duel with Christos Navrozidis. That was in 2022, and then he was not invited to any more events under the Wotore banner.

“Wazyl” appeared twice at the Gromda concert. He started out great, beating Paul Pichetta. But then, in another concert, he lost to Mariusz Ciwiak in the first round.
