A Madonna fan who attended a concert on Madonna’s “Celebration” tour last March accused the American singer of exposing her fans to unwanted sexual content without warning.
“Forcing viewers to wait hours and subjecting them to pornographic images without warning shows a lack of respect for Madonna’s fans,” he argued in a complaint filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday. According to Entertainment Weekly.

An audience member who attended a March 7 “Celebration Tour” performance at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles has accused the singer and his crew of intentionally causing emotional distress and negligent misrepresentation in false advertising, according to a court document.
Because according to him, the singer’s admirers would have been subjected to “obscene scenes without warning”, especially in the already uncomfortable environment of “women on stage simulating sexual acts”, the American media noted.
