It brings results. This is definitely what we are missing. There is a lot of talk about youth, but there is no situation where they emerge and dominate. You look at the young people from the training systems in Germany and the Netherlands and our training systems. This is an abyss, says the former captain of the national team.

– The French invented the system before they won the world championship in 1998. Here, a lot depends on the teachers. Personally, I have a thesis that, for example, we do not use the experience and knowledge of former players. I’m not saying everyone is adequate, but certainly a large portion of them are. I played in three clubs in France and in each club I saw former players among the youth coaches, sports directors and even on the board of directors. Please look at Bayern, same thing. What about us? Tragedy. “I don’t want to offend anyone, I know that people in our clubs are also trying, but I don’t see that every possibility is being used,” says Świerczewski.
