Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G has arrived in Poland, and I present to you its price. I will also tell you whether it is worth buying, because I received this smartphone for testing. Has Infinix managed to make the best phone in its class? Find out my opinion about the Infinix Note 40 Pro+.
We’ve seen the first Polish render of a new Infinix phone. This time it’s a representative of the upper mid-range model. Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5GWe’ve already had the chance to test both the Note 40 and the Note 40 Pro. This time I’ll give my opinion on the best representative of the series, but let’s first deal with its price.
Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G Price in Poland
Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G smartphone in the only version available in Poland 12/256 GB You can order from sellers like: Media expert, RTV Euro AGD whether x-come And In the official store of the manufacturerI suggested. Retail price is 1,996 PLN..
Currently, there is not only one memory version available, but also one color version: Classic black (Black ObsidianThe phone comes with a MagCase that supports magnetic wireless charging, a 100W charger with a USB cable, tempered glass, and headphones.
Wired.
Good screen, good battery, good camera.
Infinix Note 40 Pro+ display is available Bent on the edges This is the only feature that anyone can really complain about. This solution may seem impressive, but many ManiaK devices have problems with it, for example because of the difficulty of installing the protective layer. It is true that we have one from the factory, but it is not of the highest quality. It even protects the screen during transportation.
All the technical parameters of the screen in the Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G are quite adequate for its class. AMOLED technology has its obvious advantages. Colors can be customized by choosing one of the two display modes. You can also correct the white balance. 600 nits of brightness that can be manually punched allows this Good visibility in strong sunlight. In the slot machine it is also raised almost twice.
Here we have, of course, an overclocked refresh rate, at a very basic level: 60Hz, 120Hz or automaticswitching both values depending on the activities performed. I know of more ambitious solutions on this subject. However, Infinix does what it is supposed to do and does it well, so I can give it credit.
Infinix has decided to use the Note 40 Pro+ version 108MP main camera (Samsung ISOCELL HM6, 1/1.67″, 0.64µm, f/1.8, Optical Image Stabilization). The 32MP selfie camera looks good too. Apart from them, we only have two 2MP snappers. It’s hard for me to understand the lack of an ultra-wide-angle lens. The lack of a telephoto lens doesn’t surprise me much, as it’s still not standard for mid-range cameras.
Photos taken with the primary camera can be enjoyable, at least in decent lighting conditions. We enjoy high dynamics, sufficient detail and reasonably saturated colors.. The digital sharpening was perhaps a bit overdone. Really a bit. The video is pretty good too, as long as you can stomach the 2K resolution.
When light becomes scarce, the level drops below what would be expected. The only aspect that needs to be improved is Further enhance digital sharpeningwhich is now clearly exaggerated.
The cell capacity used in this phone is: 4600 mAh It’s average on paper and good for everyday use. It can handle a full day of intensive work without any major issues. And it’s not like I have to frantically search for a charger in the evening (which, fortunately, can be found in the phone box). I have 20-40% left, depending on the day. SoT ranges from 4.5 to 7 hours, depending on the activities being performed.
The main character of this entry needs less than 30 minutes. To restore 100% of the power via the main charger. This is due to the fast charging with a power of up to 100 wattsMore importantly, there is also support for 20W wireless chargingA nice addition to it is the MagCase case that you get with the phone.
These components conflict with the price category of the Note 40 Pro+ 5G.
The heart of the Infinix Note 40 Pro is MediaTek Dimensity 7020It’s not a bad processor per se. It just doesn’t fit the Infinix price range in question, where it can be purchased without any major issues. Phones twice as cheap with the same system. And the least favorable thing about the Note 40 Pro+ is the fact that competitors like the OnePlus Nord 3 or POCO X6 Pro are available for less than 2000 PLN. If Infinix corners them, it will run away like Gołota from Tyson.
As for memory, yes. 12 GB RAM I 256GB memory They enjoy. What’s worse is that they are types of LPDDR4x memory And UFS 2.2which is now more associated with cheap mid-range models. Will anyone be satisfied with the option to expand the virtual memory by an additional 12 GB and the actual storage of data thanks to the microSD card slot?
So, how does the Infinix Note 40 Pro+ work? I would say right. Every activity is always executed without unnecessary delay. The smoothness does not disappoint, and the heating of the housing is minimal and intermittent. The noticeable components that do not fly at high altitude become more apparent when we have the opportunity to compare this phone directly with a faster competitor. Then you can see that it is not the fastest phone possible.
