NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel are slowly getting ready to debut the next generations of their graphics systems. NVIDIA will introduce the Blackwell architecture and the GeForce RTX 5000 series, AMD is working on the RDNA 4 architecture and the Radeon RX 8000 series, and Intel is developing the Xe2 architecture for its Battlemage series. It doesn’t look like we’ll see any new products from AMD this year. Their latest models aren’t expected to be announced until 2025.
According to unofficial information, AMD Radeon RX 8000 graphics cards will be presented in 2025. The NAVI 48 core will be the first to be introduced – it is scheduled to be announced at CES 2025, while cards with the NAVI 44 core will appear in the second quarter of 2025.

According to unofficial reports, AMD Radeon RX 8000 graphics cards will be announced in 2025. The premiere will be scheduled for CES 2025 in Las Vegas. This will be the time when more powerful models of cards with NAVI 48 cores will be announced. According to previous information, the most powerful representative of the RDNA 4 architecture will offer rasterization performance at the level of the Radeon RX 7900 XT(X) (and at the same time higher in Ray Tracing, thanks to the completely new RT cores), but at a lower price (about $ 500).
Oh, CES is for N48. N44 is probably Q2.

The AMD Radeon RX 8000 – RDNA 4 architecture will focus on Ray Tracing. In contrast, RDNA 5 will be built from scratch
We’ll have to wait much longer, until Q2 2025, for the Radeon RX 8000 graphics cards with NAVI 44, which are set to be the low-end (and likely successor to the Radeon RX 7600). Since these cards are supposed to be cheaper and AMD doesn’t want to compete with NVIDIA in the high-end segment, the upcoming Radeon RX 8000 models will still be equipped with GDDR6 memory (18 Gbps). It seems that those waiting for new card models from AMD will have to be patient.
