“In the fall, 10 years after publishing the first children’s recipe book, I will publish a second book: My First Cookbook, Volume 2. Again, the goal is to help young people gain confidence, build their self-esteem and become independent. In the fall, I’m going to start my own air fryer. I succumbed to the pressure! Also, my wife, Brigid’s line, our staff and I create a board game. From cooking, to making people talk to each other. In September, I will conquer Western Canada with my food product, which will soon be available across Canada,” the dynamic entrepreneur told us. Along with co-hosting the show Two Men in Gold and RosalieNext Jean-Philippe Vauthier, which will air on Télé-Québec in September. “It’s a wonderful gift that takes me places.
