Comic-Con is the largest in the world. Disney and its 20th Century Fox division decided to do some theatrical spectacle during their “Alien: Romulus” panel at this year’s Comic-Con. It started with a flash of red lights, then a chatty man walked on stage, ending his performance with a spectacular “chest ripper.” The event also included video Q&A from surprise guests like Ridley Scott, the original “Alien” director, and Guillermo del Toro.
After the session, participants received unusual gifts. – The familiar rubber monsters from the “Alien” series. All 6,500 people who filled the San Diego Convention Center received the gifts, and many of them immediately took selfies and shared the photos on social media. The promotion was a complete success.
