AMD Ryzen processors with higher performance on the new Windows 11 24H2. More than 40 games tested and the increases can be significant

The newly introduced AMD Ryzen 9000 series processors did not meet user expectations – the reason was the very high prices compared to the performance offered. AMD announced better results, which were not confirmed in subsequent tests conducted by reviewers. So the company entered into a partnership with Microsoft to fix the situation. Everything indicates that the company will keep its word. The test results are optimistic.

The performance of AMD Ryzen 9000 series processors was supposed to be improved thanks to the new Windows update. We have already passed the first tests and we can officially say that AMD will fulfill its promise.

AMD Ryzen 9000 processors will perform slightly better on Windows 11. AMD is working with Microsoft on the update

As a reminder: The performance of the new AMD Ryzen 9000 series processors (based on the Zen 5 architecture) did not match what the company announced before their premiere. Therefore, the company decided to clarify its position. The discrepancies in the test results were said to be due to the reviewer units not using the improved branch prediction technology. Therefore, AMD is working with Microsoft to provide the feature in the next major update to Windows 11 called 24H2. However, Windows Insider participants can now use it before the official premiere. Interestingly, the update was supposed to bring a performance boost to processors based on the Zen 3 and Zen 4 architectures as well.
