Jorge Diaz Vega, 26, admitted to police that he had been filming up the skirts of strangers at Disney World for nearly six years. He also reportedly said that he has about 500 such videos on his phone.
The man told investigators that he was filming such videos because they are rare on the Internet. The latter, knowing full well that what he was doing was wrong, admitted that it was a feeling of guilt.
In particular, he has been photographed under many women’s skirts at the Star Wars theme store located in Disney’s Hollywood Studios Park, part of Walt Disney World.
Disney declined to comment on the arrest beyond a company statement to say that the person arrested is no longer an employee of the company.
Jorge Diaz Vega faces voyeurism charges and could face up to five years in prison if convicted.
