Fast Retailing, the Japanese clothing giant, will make its debut on the Polish market with the opening of its first Uniqlo store in Warsaw. The new branch, which will open this fall, will be located in the popular shopping center Westfield Arcadia, banker.pl reported on Thursday.
Uniqlo, known for offering a wide range of clothing for women, men and children, aims to compete with industry giants such as the Swedish chain H&M, the Spanish brands Zara and the Polish brands of, among others, LPP.
It is worth noting that while Uniqlo is expanding its presence in Poland, a new fast-casual retail brand – GU – targeting the younger generation of consumers – is preparing to debut in other European countries.

There have also been several impressive debuts in recent years, such as British clothing giant Primark, which began operations in Poland in 2020 and is gradually expanding its number of stores.
