Wojciech Krzysztowicz resigned from the position of Member of the Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Azoti, effective February 11, 2024. He did not give a reason for his resignation.
The Board of Directors of Grupa Azoty SA announced that it has received the resignation of Wojciech Krysztofik from his position as Member of the Supervisory Board and Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, effective February 11, 2024.
As we read in the chemical tycoon's stock exchange report, Wojciech Krzystowicz did not give a reason for his resignation. He was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Azoti for the eleventh session on June 29, 2020. He was also elected as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board on July 23, 2020.
Wojciech Krysztofik has been Vice Chairman of the Board of Management of Poczta Polska Infrastructure since November 2022. Previously, from December 2020 to October 2022, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska.
In the years 2020-2022, he held the position of Director at the Ministry of State Assets, responsible for, among other things: for the banking sector and the telecommunications area in connection with the affairs of Poczta Polska.
Grupa Azoty is a Polish chemical company based in Mościce, Tarnów County, and is the largest chemical company in Poland.
