Last week, we told you that Clemens DesRochers and his partner were trying to sell their pontoon because “they know” their lake and a swimming pool is “simpler.”

A pioneer of comedy, he made us laugh with his comments as a skilled salesman. We promised to keep you updated on developments.
We were surprised when we heard the news that the pontoon was destroyed by Hurricane Debbie that hit Quebec last Friday.
Indeed, like many Quebecers, the two women lost a lot in the storm, but fortunately, the house was not damaged.
Clemens’ partner Louis Collette shared the sad news under a photo of the boat: “A week ago, our pontoon went up for sale. On Friday, strong winds and heavy rain battered Lake Memphremagog. The pontoon and docks were damaged beyond repair. We had a sad weekend. But there was nothing at home. That’s what matters.”
Later, the woman shared two photos of the damage on her personal page. We can see that the docks did not survive and the pontoon was too damaged to sell.
«[…] The pontoon is ready for scraping and docking. It was a rough weekend. It is an easy machine to repair. Otherwise. It’s the end of summer.”
Sending both ladies our positive thoughts and lots of end of summer sweets.
