A "slanderous" list of Charles III's demands

King Charles III lived like a prince all his life. Even before becoming a king, he lived like a king all his life, always having certain demands and tastes.

He is said to have been nicknamed the “gone prince” by his staff at Clarence House, where he has lived with his wife Queen Consort Camilla since 2003.

One of her former employees, Paul Burrell, who was butler to Queen Elizabeth and Princess Diana, has revealed the specific ways in which staff looked after her, from ironing her shoelaces to putting toothpaste on her toothbrush.

The former butler says she “did everything for him.”

“His pajamas are ironed every morning, his shoelaces are ironed, the tub stopper must be in a certain position, and the temperature of the water in the half-filled tub must be completely lukewarm,” said Mr. Burrell explained.

King Charles III went so far as to have his servants squeeze an inch of toothpaste onto his toothbrush every morning.

The morning routine continues with her breakfast.

He also insists on reheating his cheese and biscuits to a certain temperature at the end of the meal and asks his staff to keep a warming tray nearby, another employee told British media.

Raja would bring his own toilet seat on his travels and Kleenex velvet toilet paper wherever he went.
