The horrific event occurred in Dąbrowa Tarnowska (Little Poland Voivodeship). Driving towards Schschosen, the 19-year-old noticed a young man standing at a bus stop, trying to catch the so-called occasions. The young driver decided to help and let the 23-year-old get into his car. He didn’t know yet what terrible mistake he had made.
A mobile driver kidnapped the driver
Having reached the destination, the stowaway did not want to leave the car and ordered to be taken to another city located in the Świętokrzyskie county. When the driver refused, the traveler began hitting him on the head with his fist. After that, it got worse. The 23-year-old took out something that looked like an ax and stabbed the 19-year-old in the hand.
The intimidated and beaten driver had no choice but to continue his journey. When the two arrived in the Bakanov municipality of the neighboring district, the 19-year-old offender ordered the 19-year-old to stop and get out of the car, tightly locking her in the trunk.
During the stop, the victim was repeatedly beaten and humiliated and taken out of the trunk of the car and returned to him. At some point, the victim, who was in the trunk, felt that the car he was driving was involved in the road accident. This car crashed into the protective barriers in Dąbrowski district – the elderly. Finally, the 19-year-old kidnapper took the property in Schshausen, where the victim was able to escape from the car and notify the police of everything. The offender, who might have been anticipating the services, withdrew toward a nearby cornfield. When the officers arrived at the indicated place, they began a hunt with the terrorists from Krakow.
The research was conducted with the participation of a drone and a patrol dog. The kidnapper was finally found in a barn under that straw. The man was arrested and taken to the police station, and on October 8 he was brought to the Prosecutor’s Office in Debroja Tarnovska.
The 23-year-old heard accusations of seizing the car to be used for a short period after previous violence, Forcing a certain behavior, destroying property, blackmailing burglary and causing moderate harm to health. For this, he faces up to 10 years in prison. The suspect was detained for three months.
