American actor Lance Reddick, known for his roles in the series Wire and film history John Wick, He died at the age of 60.
Authorities reportedly told TMZ that the actor’s body was found in his Los Angeles home on Friday morning. His cause of death is currently unknown, but his death does not appear to be suspicious.
Lance Reddick is best known for his role as Cedric Daniels in the TV series Wire. He also appeared in other popular TV shows like Law and order, CSI: Miami, lost, oz, edge And Citizenship is evil.
On the big screen, the actor, who was born on June 7, 1962 in Baltimore, was seen in the first three installments of the “John Wick” saga, where he played the role of Sharon. He was also in the middle of a media tour for the franchise’s fourth opus, which will hit theaters on March 24.
Her television debut came in the late 1990s with appearances on “New York Undercover,” “Swift Justice” and the sitcom “The Nanny.” After a role in the miniseries “Falcon,” he landed a recurring role in the HBO drama “Oz” in 2000. He later secured contracts and participated in more than forty television projects and almost as many film projects.
Lance Reddick was to take on the role of Zeus in the series “Percy Jackson and the Olympians”. The series will launch next year on Disney+.
