The iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max will become more expensive. Why?

According to information received from Digi Times And analyst Luke Lin said that another rise in iPhone prices is imminent. The price increase comes against the background of the decline in global demand for smart phones expected in the second half of 2023.

There are two main reasons for this increase. The first is the use of a titanium frame on the 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max models. It can’t be cheap. The second reason is the periscope camera module, which is expected to go exclusively to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. This shows that Apple is focusing on differentiating its professional models.

Apple has reduced iPhone 15 production compared to the previous year, and iPhone 15 Pro Max now plays a major role in production. This is a clear indication that Apple is betting on the most expensive model. Previous projections indicate that the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max may be at least $100 more expensive than their predecessors.

What about iPhone 15 Pro prices in Poland?

Let’s look at possible scenarios. If prices in Apple’s main market, the US, are rising, we can expect prices to rise in other countries as well. However, it should be noted that the situation in Poland is currently much better than it was a year ago, thanks to the better position of the zloty against the dollar and the euro.

From what we know, buying the iPhone 15 Pro Max in the US will be more expensive than last year. In Poland, in the best-case scenario, current prices may remain at the same level as they were a year ago. High, but it won’t get any worse. However, in the worst case scenario, the base iPhone 15 Pro Max could be priced at 8,499 PLN.
