CD Projekt is working on a new card video game set in the universe of “The Witcher” – according to IGN. The new game is scheduled to start this year.

According to IGN, the gaming industry’s largest online portal, CD Projekt’s new title is to be a single player game. The name of the work is “Golden Nekker”.

According to the portal, the team “Gwent” – a multiplayer card video game from CD Projekt (multiplayer) is working on production, which has been available on PC and consoles since 2018, and in the following years was also released on mobile devices. “Gwent” takes place in the known world of “The Witcher” game series.

“Golden Nekker” is to be a separate game and will not require players to own a “Gwent”.

In a comment to IGN, Pawe Burza, Head of Communications at “Gwent”, announced that the new game will differ from the 2018 production of “The Witcher Tales: Thronebreaker,” which was also a single-player game based on gameplay. Known from “Joint”.
