From the octagon to… a movie set?! A trailer for the movie “Road House,” which will be released on Prime Video next March, has surfaced online. One of the main roles in the film was played by the famous UFC fighter Conor McGregor.
“Road House” is a remake of the famous film from the 1980s, which was released in Poland under the name “Okidajło”. In the original version, the main role was played by Patrick Swayze, known among others. From “Dirty Dancing” or “Believe in Ghost”.

The film, which will premiere in March, will tell the story of a former UFC fighter who works as a security guard at a bar in Florida. From here a series of unexpected events will occur.
In the new version of the film “Road House”, the role of the main character, Dalton, will be played by the famous Hollywood actor Jake Gyllenhaal. However, what is even more exciting is the participation of double UFC champion Conor McGregor in the film!

The Irishman will likely be the main antagonist, given the scenes included in the trailer.
Fans can see how, in one scene, McGregor forcefully hits a table with a golf club and breaks the glasses that were standing on it, causing a bar fight.
In later scenes, McGregor drives a yellow sports car and says to another character: “When Knox's at work, it's over, honey.”
Fans went crazy when they saw the Irishman in the Hollywood version. Most netizens wrote that they couldn't wait for the film's premiere, and some even suggested that McGregor has a chance to get an Oscar nomination.
When will McGregor's next fight be?
McGregor recently announced that he will be returning to the octagon. His next competitor will be American Michael Chandler. The fight is scheduled to take place in June during International Fight Week in Las Vegas.
