Thanks to the discovery of oil deposits on their lands, they drove limousines, bought luxurious mansions and sent their children to schools in Europe. Suddenly they began to die mysteriously, one after another. When people trying to solve the mystery started dying, and there were already more than twenty victims, the newly created FBI took over the investigation, uncovering one of the darkest conspiracies in US history.

This is a story about choices – about how every choice has a cost This is what Magdalena Poczarska, who plays the main role in the film, says on RMF FM about the movie “Little Rose 2”, which will be released in cinemas on October 20. My heroine faces a Shakespearean choice. I really like that it’s not obvious. Sometimes her behavior can seem quite moody – it is very human and interesting from an acting point of view – adds the actress.
In 2010, the film “Little Rose” directed by Jan Kidawa-Blonsky won several awards, including the Golden Lions in Gdynia. The first part of the film is inspired by the story of the distinguished historian Professor Pawel Jasenica, who was reported by his wife to intelligence services.
Magdalena Poczarska plays Kamila Sakovich, known from the first part, and her daughter Joanna Warczyska in “Różyczka 2”. The film takes place in two time periods: the 1970s and today. That’s why Poczarska appeared on set in three make-up roles: as Kamila Sakovich in the 1970s and today, and as her daughter Joanna. The film also stars Robert Witkiewicz, Janusz Gagos, Pawel Malczyński, Marija Sieweren, and Mateusz Banasiuk.
