The rights to “Studio 666” have already been purchased by Open Road Films. Dave Grohl and the Foo Fighters filmed it right after they recorded their latest album in a supposedly haunted mansion. Starring, of course, we’ll see Foo Fighters: Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Nate Mendel, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett and Rami Jaffee. In addition to these, professional actors will also appear: Whitney Cummings, Leslie Grossman, Will Forte, Gina Ortega and Jeff Garlin. The film will be directed entirely by BJ McDonnell, who is so far responsible for such films as “Ax III”.
