“The Last of Us” – Episode VI by mistake
In the sixth episode titled “Family”, when Joel and Ellie cross the bridge, the aerial shot covers the entire landscape of the area and the snow-covered structure. However, the camera showed a lot – in the corner of the frame there are people from the film crew who are watching the heroes. Attentive viewers immediately reported the error to the creator of the game and series “The Last of Us”, Neil Druckmann.
As suggested by the author of the statement, such errors can be easily removed in post-production. Perhaps in the near future an episode will be added to streaming platforms without additional people in the footage. For now, the episode can be viewed unchanged.
“The Last of Us” – What is the theme of the series?
The Last of Us takes place 20 years after civilization was brought down by a deadly fungus. Joel (played by Pedro Pascal) is assigned to extract 14-year-old Ellie (Bella Ramsey) from the quarantine area and bring her to an organization looking for a cure. The arrangement seems simple. However, it soon turns out otherwise, and Joel and Ellie will have to learn to rely on each other if they are to survive their travels across a devastated United States.
Chernobyl director Craig Mazin and The Last of Us creator Neil Druckmann are in charge of the project. The cast also includes Merle Dandridge, Nick Offerman, Nico Parker, Gabriel Luna, Anna Torv, Storm Reid, Jeffrey Pierce, and Murray Bartlett.
The first episode of the series was watched by 4.7 million viewers in the United States. Over the past 13 years, only “Game of Thrones,” “The House of the Dragon,” have had better debuts among HBO productions.
