The statement must indicate:
- Electricity consumption points,
- Information on the portion of electricity covered by the maximum price,
- The amount of electricity consumption expressed in kilowatt hours,
- Identification details of the authorized recipient, including their contact details, as well as information about the person authorized to represent that recipient.

What about Families? As of July 1, 2024, their (active) electricity rate will be frozen at PLN 500/MWh (previously it was PLN 412/MWh).
