George Clooney and his 46-year-old lawyer wife are raising their children in Europe, away from the media spotlight, and moving between their several properties in France and Italy. In a conversation with Brad Pitt, with whom he starred in “Wolves,” Clooney spoke about the many “pitfalls of fame.”
The actor said that in his opinion, fame is not a fun thing, especially in public places where people quickly recognize him and take pictures of him. He and his wife made the decision to protect their children and not expose them to the public.
– Clooney said.
“But there are five or six people who can’t do it. And there was no such thing as, ‘Hey, let’s walk through Central Park and not get arrested.’ It hasn’t happened yet, but it’s clearly going to happen.”
George Clooney: I love taking my kids to school and my wife and I enjoy it a lot
Because of his and his wife’s humanitarian activities, he wants to keep his children away from the media noise.
“We’re dealing with very serious issues, so we don’t want their photos to be available. So we have to do a lot of work to maintain their privacy. It’s difficult, as you can imagine.” – asked actor Brad Pitt.

In the conversation, he also mentioned that he wanted to focus more on acting than directing, to give Ella and Alexander the opportunity to work normally in one place, and go to school instead of traveling with their father, who wants to pursue himself as an actor and director.
Next year, the actor will make his Broadway debut in an adaptation of “Good Night, and Good Luck.” Before moving to New York for a few months, he wants to devote himself to his family.
“I wouldn’t do anything else. I would give myself time to spend with my kids. I really enjoy taking them to school and my wife and I have a great time doing it. I don’t want to lose everything.”
