In 2024, the first players will check out Hades 2. According to the plan presented by Supergiant Games, the production will be made available first in Early Access – although we can talk about a slight delay in the premiere.
Hades 2 was presented at The Game Awards in 2022 and according to the initial schedule, it was supposed to be included in the Early Access program in 2023. However, it is no secret that in the coming months we will witness the debut of several powerful AAA projects, which It may have prompted the American studio to make some changes and use the extra time for more work.
Hades 2 will be introduced to early players in Q2 2024 (April to June)However, it will only be available on Steam and the Epic Games Store.
Supergiant Games has confirmed this Recipients should prepare for a lot of gameplay, because since the launch of Early Access, Hades 2 will receive content similar to the first part:
You’re probably wondering why we can’t launch Early Access like now?! The game looked very good at the first demo! The reason is that Hades II will have at least as much content from day one of Early Access as the original game launched in Early Access on Steam.
The developers will, of course, continue to develop the roguelike, introducing new content, although since the Early Access launch, Hades 2 will provide an engaging experience.
And while Early Access inherently means the game isn’t out yet, we still want to do everything we can to make sure Hades II is worth your time once you’re able to play it in any capacity.
The studio is planning to hold technical tests to which a select group of players will be invited.
