Patron Pierre Marcotte’s funeral was held Friday at Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours Church in Old Montreal.

Friends, relatives and former colleagues gathered to pay their last respects.
Denise Blouf, wife of Pierre Margot, recalls many memories of her lover. During their initial meeting, Mr. Margot, Mrs. He had spoken kind words to Bluff.
“Tonight, I’m not the star, it’s the girl with me. He won me over with very few words,” he says.
According to his family, Pierre Margot had a “calm” view of death.
“He left in an elegant way,” his wife underlines.
Animator and Mr. Margot’s friend, Mario Liret, attended the funeral to highlight his friend’s incredible life.
“Pierre would have liked us to laugh and have fun. We are saddened by his loss, but at the same time, he had a good life and he deserves a good salvation,” he said.
