The retail area of the Torawa Park Shopping Center in Opole will increase by 10,000 square meters, or about 40 percent. It is already known when the reconstruction of the shopping center in Obol will be completed. April 25, 2023.
Torawa Park is one of the three largest shopping centers in Opole (although it is located in the Zawada district). The other two shopping centers in Opole are Karolinka and Solaris.
Torawa Park Shopping Center currently has more than 60 stores and service outlets. After the extension, the retail and service area will increase by another 10,000 square meters. The former Praktiker DIY shop area will be rebuilt for new stores.
Practicer disappeared from Torawa Park a few years ago, at the turn of 2016 and 2017, after the Russian aggression and the outbreak of the war in Ukraine. The Temporary Support Center for Ukraine was located here. However, the center has already been liquidated and the rooms are empty.
Focus Estate Fund, owner of the Turawa Park shopping centre, will redevelop the building into new stores by the end of 2023. After the extension, Torawa Park will have a total of 36,000 square meters of retail space.

Torawa Park is located on the Opole City Ring Road. There are 1,400 parking spaces in the shopping mall.
It is not yet known which stores will be located in the reconstructed part of Torawa Park. The latest new points to open at the end of 2022 are Maxi ZOO and the Thai Express restaurant.
There will be a fourth shopping center in Opole.
Also, by the end of 2023, another shopping center will open in Opole. this will be Ozymska Park, to be built in the former Galleria Ozymska in the Mujahideen. Ozimska 72 in Opole.
