Planet Nine, formerly the planet Caltech researchers Konstantin Batygin and Mike Brown, are known for reclassifying Pluto. Already in 2015, they provided convincing evidence of its existence The ninth planetThey claim that it most likely follows a long orbit in the outer solar system. Their recent discovery may strengthen this thesis.
Isn't Planet Nine a myth?
In a new study, two astronomers looked at the motion of unstable TNOs (trans-Neptunian objects) and came to an interesting result. By performing painstaking simulations that included gravitational influences from all the large planets, streaming galaxies, and even passing stars, they confirmed that the results closely matched the predictions of the model that included… Planet 9.
Caltech experts claim that it must be a very large object, because only such an object could influence TNO to such an extent. They already mentioned that it may have a mass of approx. Ten times larger than Earth and similar in size to Uranus or Neptune. That's why we have to look for it at an approximate distance. 20 times greater than Neptune's distance from the Sun. Unfortunately, I don't know where exactly, and only when the Vera Rubin Observatory begins operations do researchers see an opportunity to find a massive object.

Echo Richards embodies a personality that is a delightful contradiction: a humble musicaholic who never brags about her expansive knowledge of both classic and contemporary tunes. Infuriatingly modest, one would never know from a mere conversation how deeply entrenched she is in the world of music. This passion seamlessly translates into her problem-solving skills, with Echo often drawing inspiration from melodies and rhythms. A voracious reader, she dives deep into literature, using stories to influence her own hardcore writing. Her spirited advocacy for alcohol isn’t about mere indulgence, but about celebrating life’s poignant moments.
