The current MCU multiverse saga hasn’t been as successful as Infinity Stones, with Thanos as the main antagonist. Just last year, we heard about Marvel’s idea to bring back the original Avengers heroes in a new movie. There have been no new reports of an attempt to revive this idea in recent months, but he is set to reunite with Iron Man, Captain America, Black Widow, Thor, and the Hulk. Jeremy RennerWho plays Hawkeye. In a conversation with Josh Horowitz, the actor admitted that he would be happy to participate in such a production.

Renner admitted that there had to be a good reason for such a story in order to make a film with the original Avengers:
Maybe if enough time passes. I think this has already happened at this point, but you also have to wonder what the moral of the story is. These are the characters that fans love. We’ve made 23 films together, collectively. What is the reason for them getting back together? What’s the story? Do you need to create more videos like this next? How will this be resolved?
Horowitz then asked Renner if he asked to kill off his hero and if he wondered why we didn’t get a movie dedicated to Hawkeye and Black Widow’s joint mission:
No, no, I never asked to be killed.
Group videos are always fun and exciting. This is the only way to attract a lot of people to cinemas. A superhero movie in the style of Mr. and Mrs. Smith would be really interesting.
Finally, Jeremy Renner admitted that he didn’t know of any plans for that Avengers: Secret Wars:
I don’t even know what it is. But I always want to play this superhero. I think it would be great to revisit this character. I would love to be with everyone again.
