Kamil Grosicki is likely to be part of Poland's Euro 2024 qualifiers. The winger suggested on Twitter that he had a conversation with Michal Probies.
Sunday's match between Pogoń Szczecin and Zagłębie Lubin was not Kamil Grosecki's best performance.
The winger missed a penalty kick that could have allowed his team to equalize the score in a difficult moment.
However, an experienced player can count on the support of the technical staff, as coach Jens Gustafsson said in the press conference.
– Kamil Grosicki is a very important player for us. Our captain. Sometimes he has the right not to be at his best. However, he is always a very important player for me and that is why I choose him whenever I have the opportunity.
The match against Waldemar Vornalek's side was actually the 35-year-old's first poor performance this calendar year. Previously, he was the driving force behind Pogoń Szczecin.
So it was wondered if there would be a place for him on the recruit list. His post says it all!
“After a bad match, the most important people in Polish football called me – Łączy nas Piłka,” he wrote.

It seems that Grossicki will be on the list of those selected for the Euro 2024 qualifiers. In the semi-finals we will face Estonia and if we advance we will face a decisive confrontation with the better team, Wales or Finland.
